We specialize in family therapy because we believe the most efficient way to address challenges is by facing them together. Family members impact one another deeply, but they do not always see eye to eye. Individual Therapy
We are here for people who feel depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed; when they're facing a major decision, dealing with relationship challenges, or seeking to change the direction of their life. While we can't make problems disappear or change the past, we can help people face them by leveraging their strengths and values. We work supportively and together to help people gain control over the direction of their lives.
Couples Therapy
Everyone gets off track sometimes. So do relationships. Broken trust, unmet expectations, financial pressure, and major life changes can lead to resentment and breakdown of communications. In couples therapy, we don't ignore bad behavior, but our goal isn't to assign blame. Instead, we focus on what makes the relationship worth fighting for and how to move forward in a way that is both dignifying and realistic.
